Unfortunately, had a terrible time living with Bee Living. Where to begin....... Flat mate didn't have a bed frame when we moved in. Had to live off the floor for two months until she got one. Constant faults with accommodation (these were no fault of ours) Broken showers, chairs, sinks etc. Were left without hot water for over a week! The electronic fob front door to the building complex broke meaning we couldn't gain access to our own home. Reported it, to then be told, they would get round to it the following day. Not sure where they expected us to sleep that night!!!! To top this all off we were then charged a huge amount of money from our deposits at the end of tenancy (for all items that were originally broken when we moved in and recorded on the inventory or were damaged from the builders they employed while we stayed there). After numerous attempts to contact them stating why I thought the charges were unfair, they decided to never reply. Honestly feel like I've been stolen from. Overall VERY expensive company for what you receive and a terrible customer service! Honestly, I really do advise you to never live with them.
