Very poor customer service amd product from your Tamworth Branch. Even worse from your head office which funny enough is at the same site.
10 suits measured and ordered. Collected. 1 suit out of 10 fitted or correct on colour. Finally thought we had it sorted only to find out 1hour before our ceremony that our 5 yr old son was missing his waistcoat. My son wasn't matching the other 9 men amd kids in the wedding party. Lucky enough someone in the weeding party drove that hour to pick up that missing waistcoat.
Complaints made. Passed onto head office. Still awaiting a response 4 MONTHS on.
Wife posted on their facebook page only for it to be deleted and a private message sent saying...."sorry to hear this, please contact". Well we have made vigorous contact 4 to 5 months back only to be put on ice and forgotten about. I have posted. Been blocked amd unable to make any private contact on social media. Instead deal with the problems you have. We really would love to hear from you.!
