good straightforward service. called in as my monitor screen was playing up. Mark tried a range of options and then opened up the laptop to see if he could fix the issue.

Hi I would very much like to thank all who work at B2K Comports.
As they did a fantastic job of repairing my computer, the help and advice along with customer saves is top class. I went to B2K computers after I got ripped off at a computer shop called COMPU TECH 13 Mansfield Road Nottingham NG1 3FB. DO NOT GO to this shop as they will wreck your computer and rip you off big time.
So a very big thank you to you all again at B2K Comports. You are the best.

I am very satisfied with the great service in store. My computer did not start as normal so I brought it in to the store. In a few minutes time it worked absolutelty fine and even though they helped me to make some updates of the software etc I didnt need to pay a penny.

/ A very happy customer.

Took in my laptop with a faulty power socket they fixed it fast for me and a first class job they even cleaned the fan out for free and cleaned the whole laptop so it looked like new again your the best
