Do not use this dry cleaners. I had an expensive dress 'dry clean only' cleaned here and it was returned with rips in. The staff were unhelpful disinterested and rude offering no help whatsoever and blamed the design of the dress. I have since contacted Monsoon who have stated they have had no complaints about this dress from dry cleaning (recommended cleaning method) and they are looking into it.

Having taken my garments to top clean Arnold I have received them back damaged with absolutely no apology or help from the staff. Having an expensive garment ruined is not something you would pay for! This issue aside the level of customer service received is the worst I have experienced in my life. Unprofessional, disrespectful, verbally abusive and unreliable are the perfect choice of words for this company. If you would like your clothing to be taken care of and dry cleaned well DO NOT use this business. I cannot stress enough to anyone considering taking your clothes here that you should avoid it at all costs! You will pay for a terrible service!

Having seen advertisement in the window for curtain cleaning 50% off I took my curtains weighing 4 Kilos and was told they would be £28.I was shocked as full price would be £56.00 (£14.00 per kilo) I questioned the price and was offered £3.00 off making this £25.00. I was alarmed but stupidly paid and left curtains. I made enquires of all Nottingham cleaners and found the going rate for curtains was £2.50-£4.00 per kilo. What a rip off

Took a number of items to be dry cleaned. The woman on the counter was rude and uninterested. Giving her the benefit of doubt I left my items and paid in advance as she insisted. The specific instructions I gave was to be mindful for colour loss on my Pike Brothers Elefant Skin (very heavy cotton) black vest (waistcoat)
On collection It was noticable even through the plastic that the vest had been faded beyond recognition. When I showed the woman who I had spoken to when leaving my cloths her immediate response was to lie. It was like that when you brought it in. I didn't do anything. Think pre-pubescent child like denial. It took some time before she admitted giving it a good clean, but there was a small mark so I put it in the washing machine and gave it a further wash. Item now ruined. I asked why didn't she give me a call as she had insisted on taking my telephone number. She stood there looking blank.
If you wish to ruin you cloths there are cheaper ways. STAY AWAY. DO NOT USE THE PLACE. Not even to give it a go.
