DO NO ORDER ON-LINE
I ordered on-line and after two months rang to ask where my items were. I was told that they had not come into the shop but would be in by the end of the week. After a further two weeks I phoned and the items had still not arrived. I cancelled the order by phone and email. I was told I would receive a refund. Never received refund and had to pay my Credit Card. I informed my bank who eventually intervened.
Customer service shambolic. Never deal with them again.

Dreadful customer service. Ordered on line, finally received an email saying they couldn't get the item even though they'd taken the money from my account, and over 2 months on am still battling for a refund! Terrible customer service, next to no communication skills, DO NOT SHOP ESPECIALLY ON LINE! They refuse to answer my communications, have taken money with no intention of providing goods!
