Made to pay for an appointment, then when we arrived the lady didn't seem to care less about us. There were 2 other people in there at the same time trying on dresses, the shop felt gritty and small, and we didn't even get offered a drink. The first question she asked was "what's your budget?" Not where are you getting married etc etc or any other nice chit chat. I was given several plastic tags to put on the hangers of the dresses I wanted to try on then felt incredibly rushed and pressured into buying a dress ("if you want it in time you are going to have to order and pay for it by 5pm..."). Overall an awful experience. I have never met such a rude, unwelcoming shop owner. Not what I would imagine wedding dress shopping should be like.
