Very quick to letting my properties out. Always on hand to give landlord and tenant support in resolving any issues.
I have tried many agents in the past, but now found the right one, been with them for 4 years. They deserve 7 stars.
Fees are very competitive. Some agents charge lower, but provide low end of the market services. Would you risk your valuable asset with someone on the cheap. I wouldn't.

Spoken to and treated like dirt. People at the Nottingham office were just plain rude.Contracts were changed, retainer wasn't refunded for 2 YEARS despite the contracts being changed and the flat occupied during the retainer period. Emails go unanswered, phone calls are not returned. We asked for copies of our original contracts and they initially refused to give them. Had to seek advice from Nottingham Uni due to their incompetence. Dreadful, shambolic experience. Seriously beware!

Well we chosed a flat, paid the application fee and nothing, no one even bother to let us know about the progress of our application. In the end I had to call there but they didnt gIve me any information, so I called the second time, nothing again, the third time, lady on the phone informed me that the people who applied before us, but couldnt move in time, changed their minds.... goood she didnt known that sooner? Now we have to wait for our application fee to get back. Thank you never again.

Horrible experience, no respect for feelings, got spoken to like a child and was provided with no support whatsoever when the landlord robbed us of a deposit. Disgraceful and would not recommend using this company. Very unprofessional.

I am in my final year at uni in notts and have to say that having dealt with some of the more well known Letting agents in Nottingham in the past, you cannot go wrong with ZebraLets,
The staff are extremly helpfull and do not pressure you to sign up. They have dealt with a number of queries quickly.
So far the house I am in has had a few issues, but the agents have been on them very quickly keeping us posted of developments.

So you have scrolled the pages of the internet and found the dream home to rent through zebra lets. You meet the friendly staff and sign up to get the keys to your house. The months go by and you really make your house a home. Keeping it in tip top condition, paying your rent ontime and everythig else that goes with being the perfect tennant.
Then one day you decide to move out, expect the dream to end here!
The friendly staff at zebra will nolonger be all smiles and graces. Instead you every next step of your move will be made more difficult by the day.
Zebra are proud that they do everything different to any other letting agency in the land. This may well be true, but this is very far from being a selling point of their business.
Expect your tenancy bond to take over the 10 days stated in your agreement, and indeed on their website. You can also at this stage disregard anything within the house you have been given permission to do. Despite having to be granted permission to paint a wall a different shade, you might as well not bother asking in the first place. its time to get painting again, just when you had enough on moving to your next address!
Any leaks, faulty electrics etc always report in writing, infact do everything in writing. and dont fall for the famous "we will get back to you" because it never happens.
Tenants just be careful and be willing to have a bit of stress.
Landlords also be willing to play a much bigger role in the rental of your property than you first planned. in my experience the landlord had a much bigger part to play when renting through zebra than other letting agencies i know
