My television developed a fault and through the retailer I purchased it from I was put in touch with Correct Services Ltd. I found their service from initial contact through to completion of the work second to none and I must add a very special thanks to Justin (engineer) who attendee my home address, he was extremely courteous, helpful and knowledgeable - big thanks

I left a blu-ray player with this company toward the end of September, and was assured the repair would take less than a week. Two weeks later, I called to see what progress had been made, and was informed that the engineer would call me back. Two further calls from me, and the engineer did eventually return my call. He explained the problem, the upgrades to the software required, and the cost involved, £90 less my initial payment of £30, a balance of £60.

However, when I collected the item, I was asked for £92, considerably more than quoted.

I complained, and the response was, that ‘if I was unhappy, they could take the parts out’. They could do nothing about the price, 'as they would be out of pocket'. - Actually, I'm the one out of pocket!

Not exactly, good customer service or an adequate response.

The repair, took three weeks longer than expected, the communication was dire, and the quote I received from the engineer was worthless. No apology whatsoever!

My experience with this company, would NOT lead me to recommend them to anyone! DREADFUL!

I took my LG 42 LE5900 in for for repair. I informed them that it was not getting past the start up screen and I believed it was the motherboard that needed replacing, so I gave them the thirty pounds to carry out the repairs. Several hours later I received a call from Correct services informing me that the part was no longer available and I would not be refunded the thirty pounds back that I had paid them in good faith.

Took my Samsung plasma tv in at 10 in the morning it was fixed by dinner time realy happy with there service and not exspensive

I purchased has purchased a Sony TV 27/10/15 & got it,home, only to find that I could not mount it on my TV unit due to it missing so specific bolts for the back. I called Sony 28/10/15 & was informed that it would cost me £69.99? REALLY, the TV was only 1 day old. I had left the base with my mam soI had this TV just basically sat on the floor unable to do anything with it. I went to shops to try & get the parts but to no joy. Correct Services saved the day, I called them up & spoke to a great guy called Steve & he asked if I could pop the TV up & he would have a look, within 5 minutes he had sorted it & best of all, there was no charge. Well done Steve & well done Correct Services, HIGHLY RECOMMEND & so smooth, Thank you.

I hate leaving bad reviews but in this matter I feel I have been left with no choice.

My TV was a Panasonic 42" LED which was less than 20 months old when it stopped working. I called Panasonic Customer services who asked me to take my TV to their 'Approved Service Centre' Correct Services 242 Oakdale Rd, Carlton, Nottingham.

I took my TV in the following day and paid the £30 charge to inspect my TV and diagnose the fault which I was OK with.

After driving the 11 miles home (which took about 40minutes) an email arrived. They said it was the LED Panel which had gone.

So they had tested the TV and diagnosed the problem + composed an email with all the prices for parts and labour in less than 40 minutes.

So I contacted Panasonic again who, after discovering that a replacement LED panel was no longer available agreed to replace my TV because it was only 20months old.

About 3 weeks later Correct TV Services called me to say that my new replacement TV was ready to collect but there was an additional charge of £60!

The manager said this was to cover the time spent organising the replacement set. (Even though on my receipt it states that it's for repairs)

Bearing in mind this was all done by 'Panasonic' and all 'Correct Services' had to do was make a couple of phone calls and send a picture of my old TV Set I was disgusted at the extra charge.

I know It is only a small amount of money but that is not the point.
