We have used Blinds2go several times in the past. We have just bought another blind from them and are really happy with it. There is a lot of choice at a reasonable price and the blinds are very good quality. After ordering we received an email with the expected delivery date and instructions on how to fit the blind. The blind was delivered on time and was easy to put up.

Please do not use these people they do not have a clue and there after sales service is shocking.
I spent £500 on 11 blinds and they arrived 10 days later so everything fine except they sent the wrong brackets. I called them several times and in the end they agreed and sent me some other brackets which are again the wrong size in fact even worse. I gave them the size of the top rail they made but cannot get it right and after 2 weeks I am still unable to fit my blinds. When I call they have people on the phone who have not got a clue what they are talking about. Its frustrating so please try soneone else .

First time using blinds 2 go after getting great feedback from friends and family that have used them already - however I've had the worst experience - I ordered the blinds through pay pal and forgot I had changed address , /9 a day later called to change the address and this is where it all fell down, I was told the address was changed and that they would be sent to the NEW address, to receive an email the following day to say they had been delivered and signed for by my old next door neighbour at our OLD address (this was DPD) they then collected the blinds back and said they would be with me the following day, obviously they didn't arrive as they were sent to my old address again, I was then told to collect them from DPD head office but had to take proof of my old address..... blinds 2 go themselves telling me 'we can't guarantee you'lol be able to collect them' which is crazy - they then offered me compensation but said I won't pay it as we have been told they will be deliberated Saturday 'but I'm not convinced they will be' this is what their own staff said! Obviously they didn't arrive and neither did they the following Monday, a further 2/3 failed attempts to deliver them to my old address took place which is beyond crazy!! B2G saying to me now 'we understand if you want to cancel your order' seeming they wanted an easy way out now! I was then told DPD would be delivering them back to their head office and UPS would be sending them, to them find 2 days later 1 of the 3 blinds being deliberated by DPD but the other 2 got sent back???? All now deliveries after around 4 weeks, now being told that the £40 they offered as compensation after the first failed delivery is more than they usually pay as this is more than the blinds actually cost to make!!!!! Incredible really - never use this company!!!! 22-09-16

Rubbish still waiting ordered 6th July all wrong bad service wait in for return s to be collected no collection stitching bad sorry whole order waiting yo go back refuse yo refund money moved they can't get new address right I would like yo know who owns this company. 04-08-14
