Beyond awful. Rude, condescending, inconsiderate and down right dangerous. I have long standing medical needs and have been struggling badly for the last 6 months. I require frequent treatment which was never an issue with my previous Dr. When I went to see Dr Hopwood I was chastised for taking an appointment and then reluctantly told he would in fact refer me for the treatment I requested. Again, this is a regular treatment I’ve had several times over the past decade with no issues.
I don’t trust this doctor to take care of my complicated medical needs and shall be moving once I have had a date for my referral.
I strongly recommend you avoid.
There is however a female Dr at the practice who is caring, considerate and compassionate. Sadly she is also always booked up to 6-8 weeks in advance.
