Absolutely awful, fitters are young apprentices. Supplied and fitted my parents toilet, leaked and poorly fitted by a young man who didn't know what he was doing. My parents paid and complained but within a week had to go to a qualified plumber and advised needed a new toilet fitted. It was left a mess and my parents paid for the work twice. Avoid at all cost.
