Well first of all if I could give -100 stars I would. This is THE worst shop I have ever been to in all my life. I had iPhone 6s screen repaired (fitted a new one) 3 days ago. Before going to the store I whatsapp messaged the owner & explained my iPhone 6s screen was shattered and needed a new one asking how much he charges. HE TOLD ME £40. Went into the shop, the owner took my phone & put a £40 sticker on the back aswell as asking me my passcode and writing that on the sticker too. Left my phone there for 2-3 hours. When collecting my phone the owner tells me the iPhone 6 screen is £40 and I now owe him an extra £29 as it's £69 for iPhone 6s screen. I kicked off big time in the shop, throwing money at him aswell as his business card. He pratronized me, mocked me, made me look a joke aswell as DELETING the whatsapp chat I had with him which had the evidence of him telling me it'll be £40. My boyfriend ended up coming to the shop as the owner threatened me with calling the police! (I am a 5"2 female). Moral of the story this excuse of a man tried to rip me off because he thought he could take advantage of me! As soon as he saw my boyfriend he offered me a refund, a FREE screen protector & a FREE phone case. Now all my phone does is go slow and not click on things I try to click on. I will be back to his shop as I am so unhappy about this.
