Excellent customer service, I rang them because I wasn’t happy with my driving instructor, I think we just had personalities that clashed... A Manager called me back as promised within 24hrs and promised they would look into it and get back to me within 7 days... They did exactly as promised, swapped my instructor and gave me the 1st lesson free of charge for me to see if I was comfortable with the new instructor.. I guess if you have a genuine issue through no real fault of your own, this is the company to call, absolutely no problem with my replacement driving instructor and i’m So glad that I didn’t fly off the handle and rashly write them the 2 Star I was originally going to write.. Fabulous Outcome ??
