Booked and paid for on account via the app.
Arrived at city hospital,then driver said fare is cash.
He phoned control,was advised yes paid on account,ended call and asked for cash.Paid by card as had no cash.
Phoned 200 twice,emailed and had no contact back at all.
Manager has left../busy in a meeting...
Now reported to taxi licensing
Still have not had refund,apology or any call back.
Still have to pursue a refund
