Please do not use these people - If I could give less than one star I would.
This company is the worst I have ever come across. Not only do they steal your money and deduct for over consumption of utility bills, large admin fee - they leave you in a property with an expired gas safety certificate and do not fix faults even when reported. I had asked for back up for all the deductions but surprise surprise they do not answer calls and will not return an messages or reply to emails. They are rude on the phone and refuse to deal with any issues.
These people rob you and if you can spread the word in Nottingham to all students do otherwise they will make you student life hell!
