Visited the Nottingham store yesterday.
The store was immaculately laid out with superb, individual designer quality products.
Without exception all the staff were welcoming and extremely willing to help the minute we entered the store.
In particular a Mr. Allan Palmer, who is obviously exceptionally knowledgeable in regard to tailoring and current trends, his sound, helpful advice and expertise was invaluable. Nothing was too much trouble.
We have not met such individual, personal service before in any of the Designer shops available, both here in Nottingham and London to be frank.
We also commend the Manager ('Jono') who was equally as professional and supportive. Excellent team work by all. Highly recommend on all counts.
