I've been training at Meiyo Karate Club for 6 months now.
Besides learning to defend myself, the lessons give a great work out and provide me with improved coordination, balance and confidence. I always leave the lessons physically exhausted, yet mentally focused.
The Sensei is very dedicated and passionate about karate. The classes are well structured and thorough. You will be pushed to progress and encouraged to do more than you think you can.
The group is very friendly and I feel comfortable training with everyone.
