My neighbour ordered her wedding dress, two bridesmaid dresses, flowers and jewellery from Create Your Day and we were both shocked at the standard. The brides dress was strapless but not tight enough and there was a hook but no eye to fasten the dress with properly.
The eldest's bridesmaid dress was too tight (and has actually left a bruise) and the straps were not attached to the dress. The youngest bridesmaids dress had a sashe added to match the colour theme. This was sewn on over the top of the zip, making it hard work to put the young child into it.
Upon getting all three dresses on as best as possible, after much last minute sewing and safety pinning, we realised that the sashe was sagging on one side.
The tiara that the bride had originally ordered was not the one we received and had small bends in it leading us to believe it had either been worn before or was a display item.
The flowers on the whole were nice.
