Having taken my garments to top clean Arnold I have received them back damaged with absolutely no apology or help from the staff. Having an expensive garment ruined is not something you would pay for! This issue aside the level of customer service received is the worst I have experienced in my life. Unprofessional, disrespectful, verbally abusive and unreliable are the perfect choice of words for this company. If you would like your clothing to be taken care of and dry cleaned well DO NOT use this business. I cannot stress enough to anyone considering taking your clothes here that you should avoid it at all costs! You will pay for a terrible service!
