Ordered food for delivery,was told it would be 45 minutes but almost 2 hours later it still hadn't arrived (on a Sunday so not a busy Friday night). I had called after 90 minutes to be told our meal had been ready for a while but they were waiting for a delivery driver to be made available. I eventually requested a refund which I received when the (rude and rather irate) driver turned up with our food, but having handed over the food and the refund, he took the food back, leaving us thankfully not out of pocket but starving. Really not impressed at all.
