As a parent of a 3rd year student I would say avoid Bee Living. The owner is rude and arrogant. The day I helped move my son in was terrible. The boiler didn't work, no heating or hot water. Oven didn't work; dirty house; lack of furniture, no curtains,some locks on doors were missing, no instructions for anything. Lack of inventory. Dirty everywhere. Mouldy shower curtain. Dirty bedding and clothes left from previous students. The house hadn't been touched since last students left. Broken window, garden overgrown, rubbish bins full, dirty fridge with shelves missing, the list could go on and on. We made a note of the issues and went straight back to the Bee Living office. The owner of the company spoke to us. He was a rude, unhelpful, condesending man and it was probably the most upsetting confrontation I have ever had. All of the issues took months to resolve and some probably never were sorted out. The students are still waiting for their deposits a year later. Don't be fooled by new name or new workers and empty promises.
