Visited this car wash Friday afternoon,24th February. It was very busy but thought I would be ok as there were lots of newish cars waiting for a wash. While one of the men was using the hand glove to clean with the soap I did hear a scrape but thought nothing of it at the time as I probably am too trusting. When I got home and the car had dried off I could see long scratches right across my bonnet, a large semi circular scratch on my bumper and another scratch right over my nearside wheel arch. I definitely didn't have these scratches before this as I usually wash the car myself. This has really annoyed me for actually allowing them near my car as these scratches are very noticeable and some are quite deep, obviously there must have been some grit on the cloth. Will never ever use these people again. Too busy and too rushed to care about other peoples property. This service doesn't even rate one star but this was obligatory!
