Great guys!!
Met them under emergency circumstances, our gas had gone off during service and we googled around after not being able to get hold of our regular service contractors. We spoke to a guy called Colin, he reassured us he would have an engineer with us immediately and not to worry!!
I found the initial call to be very professional, polite, understanding and very knowledgeable to our needs. From the details we gave him he managed to figure out the issue and anticipate parts required, collecting them from their offices in Long Eaton.
Within an hour they were at our Nottingham city centre location and the fault was found to be an interlock control panel, it was quickly replaced from the parts he collected and we were up and running again, cooking 92 minutes after our call to them.
Nottingham Catering Engineers are like the A-Team to anyone in the catering trade,I cant recommend them enough and have already asked for them to book in service work on our ovens too.
