I had to return to the garage when I discovered they hadn't fitted my CV joint correctly and also hadn't cleaned up properly after the original repair, leaving the area caked in grease that shouldn't be there. The bloke who I spoke to was very rude and sarcastic and only after about 10 minutes of arguing (and me showing photo evidence) did he admit that they didn't bother to clean up the inside of the arch at the time, and agreed to replace the boot clip. He couldn't stop talking about how he was University educated - why this means that he can talk to anyone in that manner, I don't know. And why he is working as a mechanic/receptionist with a 'degree', I don't know!
