Once again a redelivery has not arrived on the designated redelivery day. Another day of staying home all day waiting!!!! Last time this happened I was sent to Carlton to collect the parcel, only too discover they did not have it either and they couldn't understand why I had been sent there!!!! This is not good enough!!!
