I brought my son a watch from here for his birthday. However, soon after it kept stopping so I took it back. The guy in the shop said it was probably the battery so he exchanged it. But it still continued to keep stopping. As you can imagine my son was quite upset so I decided to take it back again. Bearing in mind I had already taken it backto be repaired once I didn't want to be tooing and frowing from the shop as I don't live close by. The lady in the shop said it would need to go back to the manufacturers and refused point blank to to exchange or refund it. The law states that an item as faulty then you are entitled to a refund or exchange. I feel very disappointed because I feel that this will not get resolved easily so buyers beware stick to the large High Street stores who will offer you an exchange refund without any quibble
