We booked a minibus back from Luton airport to Nottingham and we told them our flight was landing at 00:45AM, the "minibus" that turned out to be an old ambulance with horizontal chairs and no seat belts arrived at 2:22AM after multiple calls were ignored as we tried to find out where the driver was. Awful service and would definitely not recommend.
