Andre is the most professional semi permanent makeup artist who I ever met. Thank you Andrea for all my 3 treatments (eyebrows, eyeliner and lip) I never have to waste my time with make up and always looks perfect I've got exactly what I wanted! She is a lovely person too Thank you Andrea Toth!!!
