On the 26th July I visited the John Lewis store in Nottingham. I was hoping to purchase a pair of trainers from the store. However the two or three staff on duty in the sports department were unhelpful and appeared to be disinterested. I was so surprised by their attitude, after almost 15 minutes I 'd had enough and decided to look elsewhere. I felt unwelcome and a nuisance to them. The lady working on the till had asked one or two of her colleagues to help but it all seemed too much effort. Within a short time I visited the House of Frazer and happily the staff onwere very obliging. I bought my trainers from the helpful, interested and customer focused staff.
