BEWARE!!!! I took my daughters Lace Wedding Dress to be taken up an inch at the front only, having being pinned by a member of staff and having to wait a week for this to be done, not only did they charge me £60 for this but it was so uneven upon trying it on in the shop, the lady was so rude and unapologetic, I asked for the owners number so that I could complain. Having complained to what I thought was a listening ear (how wrong was I!!) We ended up leaving the dress to be corrected and to go back in two days and they would offer me a part refund as a gesture of goodwill as I had travelled a 30mile round trip twice now! My daughter was so distressed at this - not what you want 5 weeks before your big day! Although we returned and the job was corrected, I was given £5 as a gesture, yes FIVE POUNDS - this was more of an insult - I would NOT recommend this company at all. I am just sorry I did not read the other review first.
