I don't kow how they stay in business - only with a captive audience. I have order basic school fleeces for local school and it takes MONTHS to arrive, then ot whole order comes in, then some are faulty and have to be re-ordered. The staff keep changing - working there must be as frustrating as shopping there! Dreadful ordering and stock systems - and why do they not stick to more reliable suppliers, instead of swopping all the time, even the sizes keep changing!
