First time using blinds 2 go after getting great feedback from friends and family that have used them already - however I've had the worst experience - I ordered the blinds through pay pal and forgot I had changed address , /9 a day later called to change the address and this is where it all fell down, I was told the address was changed and that they would be sent to the NEW address, to receive an email the following day to say they had been delivered and signed for by my old next door neighbour at our OLD address (this was DPD) they then collected the blinds back and said they would be with me the following day, obviously they didn't arrive as they were sent to my old address again, I was then told to collect them from DPD head office but had to take proof of my old address..... blinds 2 go themselves telling me 'we can't guarantee you'lol be able to collect them' which is crazy - they then offered me compensation but said I won't pay it as we have been told they will be deliberated Saturday 'but I'm not convinced they will be' this is what their own staff said! Obviously they didn't arrive and neither did they the following Monday, a further 2/3 failed attempts to deliver them to my old address took place which is beyond crazy!! B2G saying to me now 'we understand if you want to cancel your order' seeming they wanted an easy way out now! I was then told DPD would be delivering them back to their head office and UPS would be sending them, to them find 2 days later 1 of the 3 blinds being deliberated by DPD but the other 2 got sent back???? All now deliveries after around 4 weeks, now being told that the £40 they offered as compensation after the first failed delivery is more than they usually pay as this is more than the blinds actually cost to make!!!!! Incredible really - never use this company!!!!
