Worst I've ever dealt with (and I'm a Property Manager.) My Son had a student house share in Nottingham. Two & half months and still awiting my Son's deposit to be returned. No credible reason why not repaid...some appaling excuses though. Excuses up there with "The dog ate my homework Sir." Terrible customer Service...Patronising, condescending attitude. I strongly suspect (presently trying to prove) deposits are not protected as they probably hold them themselves which gives Bee Living the opportunity to earn interest on all the deposits they hold. The only three recognised deposit holding scheme entities are: The DPS, TDS or "My Deposits" Guess what? None of them have heard of "Bee Living." Avoid this shabby outfit at all costs.
