Absolutely terrible. Stay away from here.
I went to have the laser eye surgery, long story short, they were putting a contact lens in one eye to sample what it would be like if I had it lasered. I paid my £395 deposit and 5 days later I went back for the contact lens fitting, they didn't have the correct prescription lens but offered to put one in that was the wrong prescription! I obviously refused and they said they'd order the correct one.......I never heard anything back from them, so 2 weeks later I returned and asked for a refund of my deposit, they couldn't understand why, at which point I explained why I'd lost all confidence in them and that they couldn't do there job properly. I paid on a debit card, yet they couldn't refund my money for 28 working days and from the head office, 31 working days later I returned and still had to wait another 10 days.
What an absolute joke of a company. Stay away, you have been warned!!!
