Took half an hour to arrive when assured that a taxi would arrive in approximately 10 minutes. When the taxi arrived, they waited for less than a minute outside my house before driving off and leaving me. When I then called Yellow Cars to tell the operator this, he was extremely rude, while telling me that the driver had refused to take me, and that I should contact another taxi company. I will never use Yellow cars again and would not recommend them.
