Worst customer service ever.... Bought a jumper in the wrong size a christmas gift, asked if could have a refund. The store manager said no its against policy, which was ok... We accepted this as it was the stated policy, again as published.... The manager then went on to say whatever the story it's still no (somehow implying we were being dishonest) and couldn't make eyes contact... Terrible service, snooty and rude manager.....
