We visited the store at the beginning of December and noticed straight away that it was alot quieter than John Lewis. I stood and waited whilst my other half tried on jumpers. The male floor attendant, bless him, thought we were potential shoplifters so i received plenty of attention! After my other half had paid for the jumper we took the escalator up to the next floor. The other male member of staff ran to the bottom of the escalator to check we had not run away with their stock.... Note to staff on the menswear floor: shoplifters do not pay at the till for goods and they probably do not wait around for their partners to try on goods. Note to manager: who wants to shop in a store where some of the floorstaff think it is okay to treat people this way?
