Since under new management the customer service is second to none. We rent a garage in the park, before with the old management we had a nightmare trying to get repairs done, even to get replies to our questions. It was always "I will find out and get back to you" guess what? They never did! Couldn't even find our contract, we were looking round for other premises. After dealing with the staff now, we realise there is a major turnaround, so ignore the negative feedback that Katie Homes have previously had.
