I agree with previous reviews that some sort of reminder is key into day's environment. It's the customers world that is most important. Also the clients world is most important especially if you have a child with learning difficulties. There seems to be a lack of empathy here. It can feel like your not and individual and just a name on a list. The impact is that certain children need more time and support especially around braces and teeth extraction. Sadly my experience as a parent is that I wouldn't recommend because of this.
