If I could give "no stars" I would! Visited here lots of times in the past but never again. This pub/restaurant needs new management and staff along with a chef! On placing our order we were told that they didn't have majority of our order...the list of what they didn't have seemed be be longer than what they did have! Garlic bread starter came soggy and undercooked. Couldn't eat it. Mixed grill main course arrived...undercooked egg...raw sausage...raw gammon. Finally complained to management who stood there straight faced n not a care in the world to be told we could have our money back for that meal. Money received but £3 short! Complained again n after exchanged words with the manager she then sent a waitress with the remainder of the money. We were not the only ones who thought this place is a disgrace.. another customer overheard our complaint and said he fully agreed with our complaint as his too was disgusting. The icing on the cake was when I took my 3 year old grandson to toilet and had to leave him in there whilst I went n got paper napkins off the tables as the toilet paper dispenser was broken.....this place needs refurbishing ASAP!!!!
