I dropped my silver necklace off for a new clasp to be fitted. After numerous unanswered phone calls over 3 weeks (one was answered after a week and I was told that he would ring me), I went up to the store on a Saturday early afternoon to get my necklace back. The store was all locked up and a neighbour didn't sound at all surprised the store wasn't open! My sister called by on the following Tuesday (nearly 3.5 weeks later) and Shane (the owner) said he had been trying to ring me. Complete liar! He charged my sister £20 for a very cheap flimsy clasp. Happy to have a sentimental piece of jewellery back, but quite frankly the place is a complete disgrace with dreadful and unreliable customer service ??
