I have just got back into cycling after a thirty year gap. I called into the shop as it's local to me. My initial enquiry was regarding getting a road bike, but mainly for some general pointers and perhaps some advice. I spoke to a very friendly chap who spent a good fifteen minutes giving me some invaluable pointers on what to look for in terms of bike quality, sizing and prices to consider. I have since got an entry level bike to get me started. I am however saving hard to upgrade it as soon as I can. My next trip to cycle inn will be to get sorted with an upgraded road bike. A highly professional set up ,gave me confidence that cycle inn could deliver a cycling future of the level of service I'm looking for.
