Always in past used yellow cars and only used these but have many times tolerated rude service over the phone when booking . Today rang to book taxi for 6 people and the woman on phone was not even bothered to ask me how many if us it was ? She was just rushing to ask rudely what time I wanted taxi for?? I said well I also need to let her know that we are actually 6 people (5 kids and 1 adult ) . I asked if either 6 seater taxi could be arranged and she just answere abruotly d that was difficult because they all booked up . I tben ssked if thrte is any 6 seater abailable a bit kater becsuse i did not mind waiting . Then she he kex it and told me abruptly that it would be 45 min waiting. Which I of course would be ok with. It was actual her abrupt way I did not like a d that I had to ask all the time for things . She did not actually say that there was a 6 seater but it would be a bit wait - No what she said was no 6 seater available !! ! I hsd to ssk if thrre wss abislabke a bit later and then she looked and told me 45 min wait . She just did not seem bothered. This is how they treat a loyal regular customer !! No more yellow cars for me in future !!
