We booked a Taxi to collect my daughter and partner over the Christmas period. Despite receiving a text message stating it had arrived at the destination it was no where to be seen. We telephoned to enquire where it was and was told the taxi was outside; it wasn't. It took a few more phone calls to the company and even the drive before the taxi arrived at the correct destination. Unfortunately this is not the first time. In my opinion the drivers have no knowledge of Nottingham. Would not use again or recommend
