Very rushed job and no great care given. An overpriced hair cut and a mediocre experience. My hair wasn't rinsed properly. It was sticky and greasy on top of my head and my scalp was very itchy. I lost a lot of hair the fallowing day when rewashed at home. I've asked to cut my ends and asked for the straight so the endings are the same length. I'm not satisfied with my haircut. Left side is not matching right and all the bits are different length. Hairstylist didn't even bother to straighten my hair to check if my hair are cut right. I phoned the hair salon to complain and I was ignored. I was told that I am not eligible for a refund and that the lady that cut my hair is not available to speak with me. When I asked about the salon manager I was told that he/she is not around and that I need to wait or speak to lady that cut my hair. To be perfectly honest I won't come back to have my hair fixed there. I also made it clear that I didn't call to get the refund but to express my dissatisfaction with the service
