I only gave this a 1 star rating because there was not an option to give it none. I went to collect a a parcel and was made to feel awkward. The assistant even told me to leave the store because I didn't have a bar code, I showed her a confirmation and reference number of the parcel I was collecting. I even had id and proof of address. I went back there today and it was closed at 1pm. The opening hours state it's open until 10pm. Terrible customer service. Avoid if possible and never have anything delivered there for collection.
