I have used Full steam ahead the other day. I took my jeans to be shortened, they came back to short and still haven't been put right, I don't know if they have a problem with the tape measures or they don't understand long from short. I am very discussed with this company, perhaps they have there fingers into many pies. I will not be using this company again. they need to be looked into, and I will certainly be doing that.
