Have used this company for a number of years but sadly let down this eveing. Ordered a taxi via my mboile and duly received confirmatin of booking via text. Somewhat surprised that some 45 mins later still no sign of taxit. Called number again to be told taxi had been outside waiting for some 10 mins and had since left. Informed office that usually receive a text message with information to mobile that car is outside waiting and this had not been the case this evening. Will not repeat business again with the company.
