Bad experience booked a appointment went in 15 mins early instantly thought I had two heads .one person approached me ask if I was ok I said yes I have a appointment. She asked my name looked in the book and replied oh yes your the 10 o'clock and walked of .Then a old man walked in wanted his hair cut he had no appointment they fitted him in and offered him a drink more than I was offered and I had a appointment. To top it off at 10.15 I had to ask who was cutting my hair and the person was not even in the sallon no one wanted to take responsibility. I was not even offered a cut by another stylist very very bad customer service for a first time vist they obviously don't want the custom.So if you do want a good experience go to cutting edge where they look after there customer and make you feel welcome .
