Please do not use these people they do not have a clue and there after sales service is shocking. I spent £500 on 11 blinds and they arrived 10 days later so everything fine except they sent the wrong brackets. I called them several times and in the end they agreed and sent me some other brackets which are again the wrong size in fact even worse. I gave them the size of the top rail they made but cannot get it right and after 2 weeks I am still unable to fit my blinds. When I call they have people on the phone who have not got a clue what they are talking about. Its frustrating so please try soneone else .
